As you travel around Ghana, you notice that each area has its specialties being sold along side the road.  Yesterday when we traveled down Cape Coast, we saw something new being sold.... grasscutters!
If you have never heard of a grasscutter, it is a large rodent.  It is supposed to be delicious!
